HOW LONG DOES EACH COACHING PACKAGE LAST?
Change doesn't happen overnight - it takes commitment, trial and error, and encouragement when things get hard! My 8 week package gets you started with a positive change - getting a new routine established and experiencing the benefits of transforming your life. I also offer 12 and 16 week packages.
where do services occur?
I provide coaching via Zoom or by phone. In person coaching can be arranged in the Portland, Oregon metro area.
what forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Venmo, Paypal or a check by mail. Services begin when your payment is received.
what if i really want coaching but can't afford the full price?
I do not provide free services, but I offer a sliding scale to make coaching more accessible to people who provide direct service in education, social services and health care and to people from BIPOC communities. An application will be emailed to you upon request.
